“Workwear that means Business”

Certa Cito was launched in November 1999 when the two main shareholders decided to set up the company. After market research it was soon evident that amongst the various industries in the country, foremost the construction industry, great demand existed for the provision of personal protective equipment (PPE) for the labour force. In addition, the government was enforcing the Health & Safety Decree and a number of companies introduced ISO 9000 standards thus were obliged to adopt and adhere to regulations. Further research revealed that a gap existed for a business to supply such equipment. A business plan was drafted and consequently Certa Cito was born.
