Coté Sud

Dear Guests, welcome to Côté Sud.
The property is made up of 3 independent units, Villa Gli Aranci, Bungalows Fiori di Maggio & Il Girasole.
Each house is furnished in perfect island style, with bright white walls and large windows. Côté Sud is located on Intendance road which leads to Mahé’s most beautiful beach, Anse Intendance. This beach is incredibly wild and is characterized by a beautiful coast of fine white sand almost 1KM long; quiet,very suggestive, ideal for long walks as well as fabulous for swimming and sunbathing and it is never crowded. Gemma, the Housekeeper, is responsible for the property of and has been working for us for 22 years. She is very helpful and honest. She lives right at the entrance of Côté Sud, 50 meters from the property. We also have a gardener, Sohel, who lives on the property, is a good caretaker and you can feel protected. Enjoy the comfort of your spacious veranda overlooking a well-kept garden and admire the beauty of tropical flowers and fruit trees with their heady scent. Watch the sunset while sipping a cocktail or drive to Intendance beach in 2 minutes to contemplate the sea. Relax, take your time and spend a wonderful holiday in Côté Sud.
